My stay at the beach villa was a mixed bag. The beach was beautiful and the amenities looked well cared for, but the service really let things down. I had to wait too long for simple requests, which is disappointing considering the high price. I can't say I'd return based on this experience.

Rooms

The room was worn and not clean as I expected. It need better upkeep and renovations.
Service

Service was frustrating, as I had to wait excessively for basic items like towels. The lack of housekeeping added to the disappointment.
Location

The location is fantastic with beautiful views over the fauna. However, I found it overpriced for what was offered.

The amenities were nice but not enough to make up for the service issues I encountered.

5.8/10

I recently stayed at this resort, and while the grounds are beautiful, the buildings are in desperate need of renovations. The Wi-Fi was a struggle to access, and we faced some noise issues with tree work happening nearby, which detracted from the experience. For the price, I expected much better amenities and service.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms are quite dated, but I had a decent view of the bay which helped. They didn't reach the set temperature, and one window was facing the stairwell, which was a bit uncomfortable.
Service
5.0
Service was lacking; getting assistance with the Wi-Fi was frustrating, and overall, the staff seemed overwhelmed. I felt that they could have done more to enhance our experience.
Location
8.0
The location is fantastic with stunning natural beauty, making it great for families. The beach was lovely, which was a major highlight for me.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were quite overpriced, which was disappointing. I expect to pay a premium at resorts, but this felt excessive for what was offered.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were okay, but many needed updates. The pool area was nice but could use more attentive staff, especially during busy times.

Our stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The location was nice and family-friendly with some great amenities, but we faced several issues that made it less than ideal. While the beach was beautiful, the service and room conditions left much to be desired. Given the price point, I expected more attention to detail and better maintenance.

Rooms
5.0
Our room was quite dated and not as clean as I would have liked. It had a lovely view of the beach, but the furnishings seemed worn down.
Service
5.0
Service was inconsistent; it was difficult to reach the front desk, and the bar service was very slow, especially during busy times.
Location
8.0
The location is lovely, with easy access to a private beach and plenty of family activities nearby.
Dining
5.0
Dining was hit or miss; while some meals were decent, the staff's attitude was off-putting, and I had issues with service.
Facilities
6.0
The amenities looked appealing, but we encountered disruptions during our stay, such as tree work near the pool area.

We had a lovely family vacation at Bayside Villas, where we enjoyed beautiful views and spacious accommodations. The resort offered plenty of fun activities like jet skiing and paddleboarding with dolphins and manatees. However, we found the Wi-Fi to be slow and the food quite pricey, although delicious. Overall, it’s a great place for families, but be prepared for some extra costs.

Rooms
8.0
The 3 bed/3 bath rental was spacious with a stunning view, but the Wi-Fi was slow and a bit frustrating for our family.
Service
6.0
The trolley service around the resort was convenient, but the bar service by the main pool struggled to keep up with demand, especially during busy times.
Location
9.0
Bayside Villas has a fantastic location, right by the beach, making it easy to enjoy water activities and gorgeous views.
Dining
7.0
While the food was delicious, the prices were quite high, making it worth considering cooking your own meals.
Facilities
7.0
The resort had great amenities like kayaks and paddleboards, but they could improve on their maintenance and service efficiency.

5.0/10

I recently stayed in a beach cottage, and while the view of the ocean was stunning, the overall experience was quite disappointing due to the lack of maintenance. The room was dusty, and some facilities were not up to standard, but I had a lovely time in a different villa earlier in my trip that was much better updated and comfortable. The prices didn't match the quality of service either, making it hard to justify the cost.

Rooms
5.0
The beach cottage was not well maintained; our room had significant dust and grime, and the furniture was peeling paint.
Service
5.0
The service was slow and unresponsive, especially for simple requests that took hours to fulfill.
Location
9.0
The location is beautiful, right by the beach, which makes for an amazing view but can't make up for the property's lack of upkeep.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited, and the prices felt too high for the quality of service provided.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were lacking; the pool was not clean and not usable, which was a letdown considering we were looking forward to enjoying it.
